We cannot accept for exchange/refund: - Any items returned more than 30 after delivery. - Any item that has been worn. - Any item that has had the tags removed. - Any item that has been washed. - Any item that has stains, animal hair, food, or other additions! - All items returned must be in original condition.
4. Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

Returning Shoes and Cleats

Please try your shoes on inside, preferably on a carpeted area.

When returning shoes or cleats be sure to place them back into the carrier box or an alternative.
Do not ship shoes or cleats only in the manufacturer's shoe box.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that is damaged.

We'll notify you via e-mail or telephone of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 21 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If it our error we will take care of all shipping costs.
